Rebekah Aldridge is a Physician’s Assistant at the Grantsville Medical Clinic. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology and her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah. After working as an EMT at Gold Cross Ambulance for 6 years, she moved to Grantsville Medical Clinic. She lives in Erda and specializes in Family Practice, All ages, and Women’s Care.
Rebekah has four boys and her husband works as a fireman in Salt Lake County. She enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family. Levi Bachler is a Physician’s Assistant at Grantsville Medical Clinic. He received his Master of Science in Exercise Science and Athletic Training from BYU in 1994 and a Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of South Alabama in 2000. Most recently, he worked with Dr. Wayne Mortensen at Utah Valley Orthopedics. He has also worked in a variety of other positions at health clinics and in educational positions. Curt Dustin is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Stansbury Springs Health Center with a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Utah. Born in Reno, Nevada, Curt Dustin has lived in Utah since the age of ten and has been in Tooele City for the last 16 years. He currently works at Stansbury Springs Health center and previously worked at Mountain View Health Care, PM Pediatrics and Personal Community Health Care. Curt Dustin has provided advanced practice nursing care for pediatric to geriatric clients in the primary care setting. He has also helped care for individuals with chronic conditions, rehabilitative needs, hospice and end of life care, and Alzheimer/Dementia. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family as well as spending time outdoors. David Bowman, DO recently moved to Utah from Southern California where he was a covering physician for urgent care centers. He received his undergraduate degrees from Brigham Young University and went on to graduate from the Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, California as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. He spent two years as the Chief Resident in Family Medicine at the Midwestern University Consortium. He is fluent in the delivery and interpretation of American Sign Language and taught a sign language class early in his college career.
Dr. Bowman has practiced in Utah, Idaho, Arizona, and California. He founded the Idaho Urgent Care clinic, a dermatology office, and owned a pain management center. He has 20 years of professional medical experience and has contributed to a number of investigational drug studies.
Al Parker, MD, is a Board Certified Family Medicine physician at our Tooele Medical Group Family Medicine location. He received his undergraduate degree from Georgia College and State University, then went on to graduate from Mercer University in Macon, Georgia as a Doctor of Medicine. He completed his residency at University of Alabama, Birmingham. Al Parker has had over 20 years of experience serving patients in the ER, Hospital Medicine, Urgent Care, and Hospice and Palliative Medicine. He has received many honors and awards throughout his professional experience, including: Resident teacher of the year, Honors Family Medicine and Pediatrics, and Chief Resident.
